Mullet’s Aluminum Products, Inc. Receives Award of Excellence
Sarasota, FL – For an unprecedented 15th year in a row, Mullet’s Aluminum Products, Inc. received the prestigious Aluminum Association of Florida’s 2022 Award of Excellence at the association’s annual board meeting which was held at Hammock Beach Golf Resort at Palm Coast on Saturday, November 19th.
Mullet’s Aluminum received awards in three (3) different categories – RAILINGS, IMPACT WINDOWS and MISCELLANEOUS METALS category.
The Railings Category award was for fabrication and installation of a custom aluminum railing system that resembled “wild reeds” which installed around the perimeter of a private residence in Tampa, FL.
The Impact Windows category award was for a window and door replacement project at a high-end, luxury condominium on Longboat Key. Mullet’s Aluminum is one of the largest window and door replacement contractors in Florida and specializes in residential and multi-story replacement projects.
And the Miscellaneous Metals category award was for fabrication and installation of a massive aluminum trellis that was installed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s new Venice campus. The General Contractor was Gilbane Construction. Mullet’s Aluminum is one of the largest architectural aluminum manufacturers in the southeastern US.
The Award of Excellence represents the highest standards in overall project quality and craftsmanship within the aluminum and glass industry within the State of Florida.
The Aluminum Association of Florida (AAF) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Orlando, FL dedicated to promoting a strict code of ethics and standards amongst members within the aluminum industry.
