I am writing on behalf of our residents and our staff to thank you for your outstanding work on the installation of the high-impact windows in our resident homes here at Sunnyside Village over the past 24 months.

We have received many many comments of appreciation for the kindness and respect that you have shown to our residents over this time. It has not always been easy for the residents, or you and your team, but everyone worked together to find a way to allow completion of this significant upgrade to our campus community.

One of the surprises for our residents has been the increased quietness of their homes. In addition, they are delighted with the much clearer connection they now have to the natural world out of doors. This project started because they were concerned about the safety of the homes during storms, but the benefits have far exceeded resident hopes.

This team finished up the window replacements in our home in 2 weeks, amazing job. They were on time, worked hard, cleaned up, covered up and were pleasant to have in our home. This wasn't an easy job for sure as some of these glass panes were single pane and wedged into the house. Crazy how they made it all look amazing! Kudos to Ryan and his crew!!!

I built a new mixed-use building in Downtown Naples and the Mullet's team was an absolute all-star! The quality of their work is absolutely superior, and their professionalism and customer service was at the absolute top of the subcontractors on the project. Great people. Mullet's replaced 35 windows and 2 doors in our house and did a fantastic job. It took them 2 weeks and they had 3 guys here every day at 8 am. I had Anderson wood windows and they replaced with PGT vinyl. PGT is certainly the way to go in FL. Our windows had wood trim and Mullet's carefully put the windows in and saved the trim and I did not elven have to paint. Just a little touch-up. They took our blinds down and put them back up again. I had a couple of small issues but before I could even tell them about it they were fixed. The best experience I have ever had working with a contractor.

I had hurricane windows and a metal roof installed at my house. From quote to installation to completion of projects this company was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. Always returned my phone calls. Answered all my questions (there were a lot). They were forewarned that we were difficult customers due to past experiences with other contractors/service people but we had not one problem. They were on time and cleaned up when they were done each day. Special thanks to Keith Ritchie and Mike who did quotes and scheduling and made sure all went smoothly and to the workers who worked so hard. They did a great job!!!

New to Florida and wanted to enclose our Lanai. Got some good reviews for Mullet's. Gave them a call and dealt with Zach...Great sales rep and knowledgeable. We hired them to do the job. WOW! are we impressed. Mike the scheduling guy kept us informed and had the crew come out as planned. They did an awesome job. I can not believe how great a job they did. There are many enclosures around our community and everyone is amazed at how well ours turned out and what a great job. Thanks to Mullet's....Can't recommend highly enough.

I needed to replace some older windows in my house and decided to upgrade to hurricane resistant glass. I called Mullet's and was quickly given an appointment with Keith who came to my home, was very knowledgeable about his products, and had some excellent suggestions. Keith explained that there would be at least 8 weeks lead time for my windows to be made which was reasonable and I appreciated him setting realistic expectations for me,. When the installers arrived with my windows, I was impressed with their politeness and expertise. They did a great job removing my old windows and installing my awesome new hurricane windows. They make a huge difference in blocking sound from outside plus no more hurricane shutters! Thanks, Mullet's Aluminum.

I found every aspect of Mullet's service to be exceptional from the initial meeting to discuss the installation of a new hurricane-resistant window to the time frame with which it was delivered and the men who installed it. They were prompt, polite, courteous, and did an excellent job. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

We recently had PGT hurricane windows put into our house. Actually, Mullet's finished the job and it was inspected by the county two weeks before IRMA! I cannot tell you how safe we felt and how quiet it was. We lost electricity around 8:00 pm Sunday night. We went to bed and never heard the wind! It was amazing and restful! We woke up to birds singing and the sun shining. The windows also helped to insulate the house so we never were too hot and fortunately got power back on Monday.

Keith my sales associate explained all the questions I had about different window types and was never pressuring me into buying something I did not need. As I had gotten 5 bids before Mullet's, I found that refreshing. I feel confident my money was invested in my home wisely.

A word about the installation - Geoff and Nate (the dynamic duo - my Superheros) arrived early Monday morning and were done by Thursday afternoon. They were so respectful of my home and of me, I wanted to adopt them! It also gave me a sense of security knowing that they were Mullet's employees. I felt comfortable leaving my home on errands and having them lock up the house. Geoff would leave me a note about the progress and what was planned for the next day. I felt like we were a team throughout the whole project, from quote to completion!

I wish I could have every upgrade or repair in my home done by Mullet's! It was a wonderful experience!

Our small apartment complex in Sarasota had old fashioned jalousie windows and doors which no longer met code. We replaced the doors a couple of years ago. Mullet's was able to find a Windsertdoor which met hurricane standards and provided a screen that allowed air circulation. They completed that job and now the apartments are quiet and energy-efficient. The product was on the west coast and they were able to locate the manufacturer and order them for our beach property. Just this week they finished the window installation. I highly recommend Mullet's! Nate our sales representative was very helpful and accessible. Bob Mullets personally visited the project site a number of times.

I ordered two sliding glass doors, one three panels, the other a two. Brent and Bryan (installers) arrived at my home yesterday and are here today finishing the job! The doors have made such an improvement to my rooms! The fellows have done a fantastic install....neat, clean, and so very courteous!
